Return Information U.K. Orders
Although we hope your order arrives in perfect condition and you love your items we realise that sometimes things go wrong.
If an item is unwanted, it can be returned to us within 14 days for a refund. The item(s) must be in a resaleable condition, unused and in their original packaging and the costs of returning unwanted purchases to us shall be borne by you.

No returns on SALE boutique items (including shoes, boots, clothes etc) where the discount is 50% or greater.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please allow up to 14 working days from us receiving the item for the refund to appear into your account.
If your item has arrived damaged then please contact us as soon as possible. We may request an image or video of the damaged item and may require it to be returned to us, so please do not dispose of the item(s) unless instructed to do so.
If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival please let us know via email and we will arrange for a replacement and return of the item (return costs would be covered by us using our approved returns service, U.K. ONLY)
We don’t offer free returns or returns labels etc in the Republic of Ireland.
