Chromium, with Glucose Tolerance Factor, (GTF), stops the craving for foods with a high sugar content by improving the bodys own regulatory control of blood sugar levels. Bio-Trim is designed to complement the diet nutritionally at times of weight loss. As opposed to crash diets that are based on a drastic cut of food intake, Bio-Trim aims at long term weight reduction.
This allows the body to safely loose 1-3lbs per week when following a health diet.It is recommended that you take 3 tablets of Bio Trim in the morning before breakfast with plenty of water or 1 tablet half an hour before a meal (three times per day) again with plenty of water.
