Glucosamine is a naturally occurring sugar-related nutrient which is important in normal joint function. It is produced within the body but the capacity to manufacture sufficient levels declines with age. When Bio-Glucosamine MEGA is taken by mouth, Glucosamine and Chondroitin are absorbed into the body and taken in the blood to the joints. Glucosamine promotes the formation of normal joint cartilage, Chondroitin may help maintain the correct fluid balance in cartilage, as well as acting as a joint lubricant.

Dosage Guide:
1-3 Capsules to be taken per day with food or as professionally directed.
Contraindications:
May rarely cause gastrointestinal disturbance in susceptible individuals.
Not suitable for those with an allergy to shell fish products.
